Solgari launches GDPR & MiFID II compliant SMS service

Solgari, a cloud communications service provider, has launched a GDPR & MiFID II compliant SMS service.

The new compliant SMS service is now available as part of our cloud communications suite to existing and on-boarding customers.

Solgari now provides its customers all the digital communication channels – including voice, WebRTC video, chat, IM & SMS – while automatically addressing GDPR, MiFID II & PCI DSS compliance requirements through a per user per month SaaS model.

As part of the integrated cloud solution, all SMS communications can now be recorded & archived, along with other customer channels, meeting regulatory requirements.

With most industries, particularly financial services, facing increasingly heavy regulation, Solgari now records and archives all communications in a military grade encrypted environment.  It provides instant search & retrieval, reporting and speech analytics, allowing its customers to address all GDPR, MiFID II & PCI DSS requirements through a cloud software solution, avoiding the need to address each communication channel in isolation. If SMS is recorded, it can be search & retrieved just like the other channels, therefore ‘providing unlimited reporting capabilities’.
