Siemens enlists the services of Swedish security software company Safeture in $840,000 deal

German company Siemens has tapped Safeture to use its enterprise platform to protect its employees and corporate travellers.

Safeture is an international software-as-a-service company based in Lund. Its Safeture Enterprise platform is designed to boost staff members cybersecurity, no matter where they are in the world. The contract will last for three years during which Siemens will pay Safeture about $840,000 in different instalments.

Siemens will use the platform to incorporate material from both its own and Safeture’s analytics professionals.

“Siemens is a global leader that operates in all markets,” said Magnus Hultman, CEO of Safeture. “We’re of course delighted to being our collaboration as it will strengthen our position within the DACH region.”
