Reg-Room provides content to BWise’s new regulatory solution

Reg-Room is set to provide regulatory content to Nasdaq BWise’s new Regulatory Change Management Solution.

The company, which provides financial regulatory tracking and intelligence content, said the solution combines augmented regulatory content and intuitive workflow management technology.

Nasdaq BWise’s new Regulatory Change Management Solution aims to alleviate the burden of compliance, enable board and regulator assurance and ensure all regulatory updates are flagged and addressed.

Keeping on top of regulatory change can be a costly and time-consuming exercise. Coping with the sheer volume of new regulatory requirements imposes a high degree of complexity upon financial institutions and organisations are challenged to interpret every regulation and to operationalise and sustain compliance practices.

BWise’s new Regulatory Change Management Solution aims to ease the burden. Its integrated cloud solution features daily monitoring of changes across more than 330 global regulatory bodies, globally. Changes are analysed and structured into a standardized feed including an interpretation by legal subject matter experts. The solution also provides standard reports and dashboards including an aggregate view of changes, impact, action plan status and more.

It provides a simple to use web interface, which enables users to ‘quickly and easily’ locate rules and regulations. Users can find rules by keyword, or multiple filters including regulator, country, region, date-range, and by type of legal entity, financial product or firm function. The company features a number of regulators including US Treasury, FSOC, Federal Reserve Board, FDIC, BoE, UK PRA, FCA, ASIC, CBRC, FSA, SFC, G20, Financial Stability Board, IMF, IOSCO, and the Basel Committee, among others.
