KYC Portal’s 2FA safeguards sensitive data

As companies try to meet the requirements for two-factor authentication, KYC Portal has a solution aimed at doing just that.

KYC Portal boasts a selection of customer outreach modules that empower an organisation to send their links to clients to fill in forms, upload documents, conduct face-to-face meetings and fill in any KYC questionnaires that are required.

It also has a customer outreach tool that lets organisations give access to their corporate clients to manage their applications in their entirety.

Any client that receives these links will always be obliged to verify their login with two-factor authentication on their mobile number, which is stored against their application in KYC Portal.

This tool adds an extra layer of security that cyberthieves cannot easily access, as they would need access to more than just a username and password.

KYC Portal holds and processes some of the most sensitive data on subjects, which is required to be safe guarded. The extra layer of security ensures only verified people can access sensitive data.

Earlier this year, KYC Portal explored the need for a strong KYC and AML platform that can handle dynamic risk assessments.
