Eurofins Digital Testing has acquired cybersecurity company Commissum Associates

Eurofins Digital Testing, the end-to-end quality assurance and testing services provider, has acquired cybersecurity Commissum Associates. Terms were not disclosed.

Commissum is a provider of information security, risk management and governance services for SMEs, helping them meet compliance challenges across a range of technologies and processes.

Eurofins Digital Testing will add these services to its end-to-end suite of automated quality assurance test tools, test and cybersecurity services. Its clients include businesses in media, FinTech, medical, IoT, governmental and other industries.

Martin Finch, managing Director and founder of Commissum will continue to lead the team and will report to Johan Craeybeckx, business line director at Eurofins Digital Testing International.
