Following the close of the round, the company hopes to move into new market verticals and create services which will differentiate itself from others in the market.

Hireology is a CRM solution which helps HR teams to manage their employee lifecycle from hire through to retire. The company recently surpassed 6,500 customers and 200 employees.

Its products include recruitment marketing, hiring processes, onboarding, payroll and HR, and compliance.

To support the onboarding of new employees, Hireology removes paperwork and replaces it with an automated solution to handle the exchange of critical information and needed documents before they begin. In addition to this, the technology supports electronic signing, storing and auditing of I-9 employment verification and W-4 income tax forms.

Blue Cloud Ventures managing partner Mir Arif said, “Hireology’s world class product and razor sharp focus on its customers’ success in attracting, recruiting and onboarding talent has positioned the company as the go-to recruitment management platform for the automotive and healthcare sectors. We are excited to partner with Adam and the Hireology team on the next phase of their growth.”
