Anvilogic said to close seed round on $4.4m

Anvilogic, a security domain developer, has reportedly bagged $4.4m in its seed round to support the development of its platform.

The round was led by Foundation Capital, with participation also came from Point72 Ventures, Dan Warmenhoven and Nikesh Arora, according to a report from Crunchbase.

With the fresh funds, the company plans to deepen its team’s skills, with a focus on enhancing its research and development, and cybersecurity teams.

The company offers an out-of-the-box security operations centre, which can be used to detect and prevent online threats.

Anvilogic founder and CEO Karthik Kannan told Crunchbase, “We set out to solve the collaboration problem and how security domain experts could exchange code.

“We also provide a codeless developer, so you don’t have to know that [the code], and a standardized framework so the code that is shared can be taken and used by someone else. You could reveal yourself within a trusted group or be completely anonymous.”
