Wanchain joins Rivetz and ElevenPaths for mobile blockchain security

Security solution providers Rivetz and ElevenPaths have partnered with Wanchain, a blockchain network connector, to offer secure mobile blockchain solutions.

The companies are working together to provide blockchain solutions which provide consumer and enterprise mobiles with strong privacy and cybersecurity protocols.

Wanchain empowers blockchains to transfer of assets from one to another. In doing this, Wanchain is able to easy the transference of value from one currency to another, while lowering counterparty risks.

The solution also helps to protect privacy through transactions through complete anonymity when signing for transactions. While this is anonymous, the sender of the transaction receives verification the sender has signed for the deal.

This partnership will expand upon the Dual Roots of Trust solution which was built by Rivetz and ElevenPaths. It aims to enable carrier-grade identity and e-commerce protections on ‘potentially tens of millions of devices.’ As part of the agreement, Wanchain will integrate Rivetz’s hardware protection technology which provide assurance transactions and data on blockchains are recorded correctly.

Through Dual Roots of Trust, a user’s private key is cryptographically distributed across two independent roots of trust. These are the Trusted Execution Environment (TEE) and the carrier subscriber identity module (SIM).

By doing this, users can ensure their private keys are secure if one system is compromised.

Rivetz founder and CEO Steven Sprague said, “Wanchain provides a new model for data integrity transactions and privacy, which is an excellent complement to embedded mobile security. We look forward to delivering the foundations for provable consumer protections with every digital transaction.”

The group will demonstrate their solution in Spain next month.
