beynd said to raise $2m in its seed funding round

beynd, which helps companies with their customer onboarding, has reportedly raised $2m in a new seed round.

Peak Ventures led the round, with participation also coming from Prelude Ventures, according to reports in the media.

Prior to the funding round, the company was boostrapped, but this fresh equity will support the growth of the enterprise.

Its technology automates, engages and optimises staff communications and customer onboarding processes. Clients can use the technology to automate their onboarding, sending notifications, and predict project end dates.

The dashboard gives a business transparent view into their operations and projects, with a detailed timeline and indicators of next jobs needed to be completed.

beynd also provides teams with an accurate communication system to support engagement internally and externally. Users can more accurately communicate expectations and progress, boost engagement, create accountability, and aid onboarding.

Earlier in the month, risk management technology builder KRM22 teamed up with the digital onboarding company Veridate Financial. The company enables firms to manage the complexity of onboarding clients more efficiently.
